How To Order:

Orders must be placed via email rentzelsfarm@cs.com or via phone: 717-246-7708. This enables Rentzel's Bird Farm to charge accurate shipping costs. In addition, it provides you as the customer with payment options.

Shipping Information:

Please allow 3 business days for shipping orders. Large orders or non-stock items may require 5 business days.

Most orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Tracking information will be provided.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and we will contact you for your credit card information once the order is ready to be shipped.

Payments can also be submitted via PayPal once you have been notified of your order total.
